WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Nexus Technologies has an
immediate opening for an Electronics SMT Operator. The ideal candidate must
have a high school or 2-year Associates degree or have work experience in
operating machines like SMT, CNC or other mechanical / electronics equipment
some soldering experience would be beneficial. We are open to training the right people.
SOME OF THE DETAILS
The responsibilities
include machine operation and setup, maintenance, throughput and quality
monitoring. All the necessary training would be provided. The SMT Machine
Operator loads proper components onto machine; verifies all information is
correct. Performs setup, tear down, and operates machine, pick and place
machine, and reflow oven per work instructions. Performs first piece
article inspection; ensuring all product meets industry standards.
Resolves machine operational issues with minimal assistance.

Setup,
operate and shutdown assigned electronic assembly machines

Perform
daily and routine maintenance on machines.
·
Overall
project coordination of assigned electronic assembly machines.
·
High
school diploma or GED equivalent.
·
Intermediate
computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet Explorer.
